Imitation Poem - Content

I am just a candlestick
made of waxy things.
But I have no wick
and I never could grow wings.
I have no pretty scent.
I am not a happy hue.
My top's a little bent.
I can't do much for you.

But if you have a use
for something with no use at all
perhaps a stocking stuffer
or a hollow in the wall.
Do with me as you wish.
I have no feelings for you to weaken.
I am just a candlestick.
No light, no hope, no beacon.
